1. How do I submit my imprinting data to PersonaLazeIt?
You can send us your data by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or on a CD, DVD or USB stick.
2. What data format should my data be in?
Vector format, Adobe Illustrator are the most preferred. For photo prints we recommend the formats JPG, PSD, TIFF or EPS. Hi-res print-ready artwork must be supplied. There is a $60 fee for any artwork conversion necessary by PersonaLaze It.
3. Can I review my custom job on a PC before it is printed?
We will always send you a proof of your job for your approval before proceeding.
When will my order be ready?
We guarantee your job will be ready in 10 business days from approval of proof and receipt of your 50% deposit.
Are you able to do jobs in a rush?
Yes, however, there is a 20% rush fee of total order.
Do you offer walk-in services?
Yes, Typically the walk-in traffic can be ready same day or next day when dealing with 1 to 10 items. However, artwork specificiations still apply.
